BCS Infrastructure/Building ManagementInfrastructure/Building Management in Biology Central Services falls into two categories: 1) Academic Renovations provides construction and renovation services throughout the the University of Connecticut system. Its primary focus is to provide research space for new faculty members. 2) Building Services Managers provide day-to-day support for researchers, students and staff with respect to building operations and building-wide research infrastructure. They serve as primary liaisons between building occupants and Facilities Operations and coordinate activities of service vendors in our spaces. Building Services Managers in BCS are: Francis "Skip" Copeland, Building Services Manager for Pharmacy Biology James Reiman, Building Services Manager for Torrey Life Sciences, Biology/Physics and Beach Hall
